Understanding the requirements of an employment relationship is often complex and confusing. Assistance is available via Jessup HR & Mediation to understand what is required of you as an employer and to provide advice and support when dealing with difficult employment matters.  In addition, help can be provided to assist a staff member whose performance is not meeting expectations and may need an independent person to clearly articulate what is required of them and how best to meet those expectations.

 

Alternatively, a valuable staff member who is experiencing difficulties may just need an independent person to listen, coach and help them to navigate the best way forward.

Who is Noleen Jessup?

Noleen has over 25 years human resource experience, with the majority of that time in senior management positions.  She has had extensive experience in all facets of HR including recruitment, industrial relations, workplace investigations, learning and development, policy development and review and the provision of support and advice to both management personnel and staff.

 

Noleen’s ability to work collaboratively has resulted in successful resolution of difficult and sensitive matters.  As a degree qualified Adult Educator, Noleen has delivered professional development and training programs both in the workplace and as a part time TAFE teacher. 

 

She is also an accredited Mediator and has successfully facilitated mediation sessions to achieve agreements that are workable, sustainable and acceptable to the parties involved.
